December Kings: OLC Adult Chess Tournament

Space for 14 players available due to table spacing.

Players (ages 16 and above) are welcome with current USCF memberships. (Not yet a USCF member? Click here to join.)

Tournament is scheduled inside Orenco Learning Club Bookstore, 6281 NE Cherry Dr, Hillsboro, OR 97124.

Tournament starts at 9:00am. Please arrive before or by 8:45am. 

Time Control Game is 45 minutes with 10-second delay per move.

The Tournament format will be Swiss Pairing with 4 rounds in one section. 

One half point bye available if requested before the start of Round 2.

In the possibility of a tie, there will be an Armageddon game with 5 minutes for White, and 4 minutes for Black, and Draw odds, which means Black wins in the case of a draw.

Rounds will start at 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Tournament winners will receive OLC Bookstore Gift Certificates (1st-$50, 2nd-$25, 3rd-$10).

Estimated tournament hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Note: The Tournament will follow USCF Rules.
